GET THISS PASSPORT, LLC is a fee-for-service document preparation company. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State, nor do we claim or imply any such affiliation. Use of our services is completely optional, and choosing to work with us does not guarantee the issuance of a U.S. passport. We take pride in providing honest, accurate, and reliable service. If an error occurs on your application after both parties have reviewed it and it is determined that the mistake was made by our team, we will gladly issue a refund. However, if the error results from missing information, omitted documents, or incorrect details provided by the applicant, a refund will not be issued. Also if your passport photo was rejected by the U.S. Department of State we will refund the money for the photos as long as you provide proof such as rejection letter from the U.S. Department of State. Please ensure you bring all required documents and provide them when requested to help us serve you efficiently.
