It is your choice to use our service. If you choose to use our service, you must understand that using our service is OPTIONAL and does not guarantee the issuance of a passport. We provide an honest and reliable service. If there was an error made on your application after both parties have reviewed the application for accuracy or errors, and it is determined to be our fault, then we will gladly provide a refund. If the error was not on our part but was due to an omission of facts, details, or documents, then we will not provide a refund. Please come prepared with your documents and provide them when asked for or suggested.
