GET THISS PASSPORT, LLC is a fee-for-service document preparation company. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State, and we do not claim or imply any such affiliation. Our services are provided solely to assist customers with preparing and reviewing passport application documents. Use of our services is completely optional, and choosing to work with us does not guarantee the approval or issuance of a U.S. passport.

We are committed to providing honest, accurate, and reliable service. If an error is found on your application after it has been reviewed and approved by both you and our team, and it is determined that the error was made by GET THISS PASSPORT, LLC, we will gladly issue a refund for our service fee.

However, refunds will not be issued for errors or delays resulting from:

• Missing or incomplete information provided by the applicant;
• Omitted or incorrect supporting documents;
• Inaccurate information supplied by the applicant; or
• Failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.

If the U.S. Department of State rejects your photo, we will gladly retake it at no additional charge or provide a refund for the photo service upon presentation of the official rejection notice from the U.S. Department of State.

To help us serve you efficiently, please bring all required documents and provide any requested information at the time of your appointment. Incomplete applications or missing documentation may delay the processing of your paperwork.
